Troy is an Administrator of #Toxic18 a very active Facebook group, and has been involved in grassroots efforts to advocate for the St. Lucie River and Indian River Lagoon. We welcome Troy’s knack for educating people on social media, and uniting Floridians in the clean water movement.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Troy was drawn to the beauty of the Treasure Coast so moved here permanently in 2017 with his wife Jackie. Now he has a fire in his belly to fight for the local waterways that he loves to fish, kayak and surf. He graduated from Florida State University with an English degree and owns a small business.
